We are confident in the suitability of our recommended Okiba engine oil for your bike. If, after using the product according to the recommended application and conditions below, you are not satisfied with the specified performance criteria, you may request a refund subject to this policy.
Eligibility
- Customer must purchase Okiba engine oil through okibalubricants.com.
- Customer must select the correct bike/model through Find Your Oil.
- Product must be used in the recommended quantity and application.
- Customer must follow the recommended oil-change procedure.
- Refund request must be submitted within [7 days / 300 km] of purchase/use.
- Customer must provide the Order ID, vehicle details, and required supporting information.
- This guarantee applies only to the specific product covered by the offer.
- Refund will be processed after verification and approval.
- Installation Proof: Keep a video proof with the date showing that the Okiba oil was actually used in your bike. The video should clearly show your bike, the Okiba oil bottle, and the oil change process. This proof may be required for any warranty or refund claim.
Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover:
- Wrong oil selected or incorrect application.
- Oil mixed with another engine oil or additive.
- Engine already having a pre-existing mechanical problem.
- Engine damage caused by accident, overheating, lack of maintenance, or other mechanical/electrical issues.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Claims based solely on changes in mileage caused by riding conditions, traffic, tyre pressure, load, fuel quality, or riding style.
- Any condition outside the specified guarantee criteria.
Refund
Approved claims will be refunded to the original payment method within 6–7 business days after verification.
